Maid fee is $65. Daily or weekly maid service is available upon request. Make arrangements with management. $20.00 charge for Check-ins before 2 P.M. unless prior arrangements have been made. After 6 P.M. add charge of $30.00. A rental deposit of $300.00 will be required on all rentals. Rental deposits are returned 15 days after departure. Complete payment due upon arrival. Cash or check only, no credit cards. No pets allowed. All rates subject to Florida Resort and Sales Tax. Rates and units are subject to change without notification.
